Penne rigate, fresh diced bacon carefully roasted, best quality cheeses and sour cream, all together give to this dish an outstanding taste.

Penne Carbonara with Turkey

One of the most famous pasta dishes with Ettore' s touch. Ettore uses penne rigate as pasta (to maintain the taste of the cream), replaces the usual bacon with smoked turkey and mixes all the above, with sour cream and herbs, offering a tasteful but at the same time lighter result.

Penne Napolitaine

The most popular Italian dish is brought to your table, by Palirria with the care and the instructions of a real master chef.
